Of course, it wouldn’t be a proper Christmas countdown celebration if Pinoys didn’t mention our very own Mariah Carey, erm, Christmas icon Jose Mari Chan.

Someone using the handle @chinoyqueer listed the acronyms for the country’s quarantines and wrote, “So what’s next after ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, and MGCQ? Well, it’s PASQ!” PASQ, at least in the user’s mind, stands for “Pasko,” the Filipino word for Christmas.
